ABOUT
I am a psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology, with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am experienced in the treatment of trauma, particularly using EMDR therapy, but I also integrate a range of mind and body therapeutic approaches to support healing.
I have worked across NGOs and private practice settings with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, complex PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, addictions, self-harm, insomnia, low self-esteem, and other common concerns.
Collaboration, creativity, flexibility, and evidence-based knowledge are central to my approach. I take the time to thoroughly understand the circumstances and contributing factors behind each client’s concerns, developing a treatment plan that best meets their unique needs.
I am deeply passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I believe that everyone affected by trauma deserves the highest quality care to help them reconnect with their authentic selves and experience the richness of life to the fullest.
