ABOUT
Hi, I’m Dina (she/her)
I am a psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology and an EMDR-accredited therapist. I work with children, adolescents and adults, with a particular interest in trauma and the ways our experiences can shape how we feel, relate to others and navigate everyday life.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a space where you can be yourself, feel heard and understood, and explore your experiences with curiosity. I take a collaborative and individualised approach, drawing from EMDR, parts work, CBT, somatic approaches and other evidence-based therapies to find what feels most helpful for you.
I am especially passionate about trauma work and helping people make sense of experiences that may have felt overwhelming, confusing or difficult to put into words. Therapy can offer an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply, feel more connected to yourself and others, and create meaningful change.
